Anne of Green Gables Toys

07.26.06 - I picked up this little pair of Gog and Magog figurines from the wonderful (and not to be missed!) Lucy Maud Montgomery Heritage Museum in Park Corner during my honeymoon earlier this month. L.M. Montgomery's cousin's son was there and helet us explore her old family home, and I just had to buy these little dogs made on Prince Edward Island. One day they may grace my own mantle like they once graced Anne's!

I also picked up this little Anne hat with braids ornament to put up on my Christmas tree each year!

Being on P.E.I. was a bit strange. I finally was in a place where Anne of Green Gables was everywhere and everyone knew Anne!

06.27.05 - After all these years, I finally have an Anne toy, which was given to me by my boyfriend. Luckily for me, though there could have been any of 6 sets inside, I opened up an Anne toy. I couldn't figure out where to put it on this site, so it's going in it's very own section. I'll try to add more Anne/LMM toys later on.

Here is Akage No An from Nippon Animation's "Little Anime Series." It's a tiny box that folds out into a set. Matthew is asleep, while Anne and Marilla are busy cooking.
